Suvan Agarwal

About

American guitarist Suvan Agarwal has received top prizes in major guitar competitions across three continents. He is committed to pushing the limits of the guitar as well as expanding the quality and breadth of its repertoire, and has been acclaimed for his performances of Bach and Haydn. A recent graduate of Oberlin Conservatory and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, he is a student at The Juilliard School as a recipient of a full scholarship.

Suvan is a D’Addario sponsored artist. He plays exclusively with D’Addario strings on guitars by Saeid Aboutalebian.

アメリカ人ギタリスト、スバン・アガワルは、3大陸にわたる主要なギターコンクールで上位入賞を果たしてきました。ギターの可能性を追求し、その演奏曲目の質と幅を広げることに情熱を注いでおり、バッハやハイドンの演奏で高い評価を得ています。オーバーリン大学音楽院および英国王立スコットランド音楽院を卒業後、現在は全額奨学金を得てジュリアード音楽院に在籍しています。
